Covid-19 safety procedures

 

  1. No work will be carried out in a household which is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms.
  2. Kitchen windows and/or back door will need to remain open to allow for safe ventilation.
  3. We will ask you to remain in a different room besides the kitchen during the oven cleaning.
  4. 2 meter social distancing must be kept while in the same room together. 
  5. We will take the temperature of our cleaning technician every morning.  If he has a temperature, your booking will be cancelled.
  6. Once work is completed, our technician will use EN 14476 anti-viral wipes on surfaces he has been in contact with.
  7. We will be following government guidelines for your and our safety.
